Dickson County Fairgrounds
Dickson County Fairgrounds was founded in 1930. It promotes the preservation of agricultural history in Dickson County. Fairs educate the community on growing of healthy crops and breeding of farm animals.
Many major local festivals are hosted here, including the Middle Tennessee Fiber Festival held during the Memorial Day weekend.

I brought my kids to an event at the fairgrounds last weekend, and we all had an amazing experience! There were so many activities for the little ones to enjoy—my daughter loved the petting zoo, and my son wouldn't stop talking about the rides. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our visit even better. I appreciated that there was a good mix of adult-friendly activities too, like the craft and vendor booths. The only downside was the parking; it was a bit cramped, and I had to circle around a couple of times to find a spot. It would be great if they could manage that better in the future. Nonetheless, the overall experience was delightful, and we’re already planning to return for the next fair. Highly recommend it for family outings!

I recently attended an event at the fairgrounds, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized everything was. The layout is easy to navigate, which made it simple to find the various booths and attractions. I especially loved the variety of food options available—there was everything from classic carnival snacks to delicious local cuisine. The atmosphere was vibrant, with families enjoying the games and live music. One thing I did notice, though, was that the seating areas could have been cleaned a bit more frequently. It would have made it even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would recommend visiting for anyone looking for a fun day out or a weekend adventure. I can’t wait for the next event!

What a great venue for community events! I attended a local festival here, and I was impressed by the spacious layout and the variety of vendors. The local art and crafts booths were my favorite; I picked up some unique handmade items that I absolutely love. The live music added to the festive vibe, and I found myself dancing along with many others! The only thing I think could improve is the signage directing attendees to different areas; a few times, I had to ask for directions. Still, it didn’t detract much from my enjoyment. I left with a smile on my face and can't wait for the next event. A wonderful spot to gather and celebrate local talent!
